Items shipped within 48 hours of payment received. We ship daily, Monday through Saturday.
Return policy: All claims within 3 days of delivery. Please notify us of any problem with your order within 3 days of delivery. Items that are authorized for return must be authorized and mailed within 14 days of delivery. If the item was damaged in transit, contact the post office or delivery service for details and proof of damage claim. All items are subject to 25% restock fee. Certain items are not returnable, any altered items or special/custom ordered items , any items that specifically state in the description "not returnable or no returns, no refunds, etc..., including postcards, posters, used items, case beads, wholesale items, free shipping items, even if they do not state " not returnable" in the description. Any items that are accepted for return are under a case by case authorized basis and only accepted under the condition that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition, the item should be free of any dirt or makeup stains, items should be unbroken, and unworn and unused. Purchaser pays for return shipping charges except in the case of our error of a completely different item sent to you. Upon receipt of safely returned item, refund will be processed within 7 days. That being stated, we do make every effort to have a happy customer and most problems can be worked out.
